Stratamize LLC (“Stratamize Vending,” “we,” “us”) operates self-service vending machines, the operator dashboard, and this placement website. This notice explains the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Placement contacts

A placement inquiry may include your name, business contact details, organization, proposed location, industry, and a description of the customer need. We use it to review fit, contact you, schedule site work, prepare a proposal, and maintain the resulting business relationship. Do not submit sensitive identity, financial, payment, terminal, processor, or licensing credentials.

Customers at a machine

When a customer chooses to enter a mobile number for age verification or a receipt, we may process that number, transaction details, and the result of an age or identity verification performed through our verification provider.

Business operators

We process operator account and contact information, enabled alert recipients, and operational machine data such as inventory, faults, and status so we can operate, secure, and support the vending platform.

SMS and text messaging

Customers who opt in may receive transactional purchase receipts, refund notices, and messages needed for the requested machine interaction. Operators who opt in may receive enabled operational, security, account, or billing notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share mobile opt-in or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Sharing and security

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with providers needed to deliver the service—such as payment, age/identity verification, hosting, email, and SMS providers—or when required by law. We use administrative and technical safeguards and limit access, although no transmission or storage method is perfectly secure.
